"We are..."

Sam & Paula Horn -- a Christian, middle-aged couple, who are active in our local church. We are both from other states (Arizona & Louisiana), but bought our 32.92-acre ranch in Gloster, Mississippi in April of 2018, and we love it here! Paula tends to our family's needs, our home, and the farm animals here at the ranch; Sam is employed with Gloster Forest Products, LLC in Gloster, MS. Our 15-year-old grandson lives here with us.

328 sf "studio apartment suite", located inside our very large workshop on a month-to-month basis. This "studio apartment suite" comes fully furnished with a queen size bed; a recliner; an eat-on countertop bar; a full kitchenette; a "small" bathroom with a shower; and all of the dishes and linens you might need. "Rates"

Our Current Rates are:

Studio Apartment - $800/month

Camper - $800/month, $300/week,

or $100/night.

All utilities, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, propane (camper only), and streaming TV/movie channels are included in this rate.

*Please note: You will be held responsible for any damage(s) done to property, in addition to the monthly rent. Rental insurance is recommended, though not required. No parties are allowed in or about the property. 1 or 2 overnight guests is/are allowed, as long as we are notified in advance. (Twin or Queen size air mattress available upon request for the studio apartment tenant.)

**Also please note: Pets are NOT allowed for month-to-month tenants. Sorry, NO exceptions!

Security cameras are located in various areas of the property, around our main house and in our barn. There is only 1 located inside the workshop, outside the door of the studio apartment. It is very safe here; cameras are for yours & our protection.
