"We are..."

Sam & Paula Horn -- a middle-aged couple from Arizona & Louisiana.  We are devout followers of Jesus Christ and are active in our local church.  We bought our 32.92-acre ranch here in Gloster, Mississippi in April of 2018, and we love it!  Sam is employed with Big River Forest Products, LLC in Gloster, and Paula tends to our family's needs, our home, our farm animals and she grows organic foods in our 18' x 32' greenhouse.  We have guardianship of our 16-year-old grandson who lives here with us. Our hopes are to renovate one of our buildings on our property and make a small movie theater where we will be able to show Christian-based movies at no charge to our family, friends and our local community.  We anticipate it may happen in the Fall of 2025, God willing and the creek don't rise.

• Washing machine and dryer for your use in the workshop.

• 55" TV with streaming channels available on a firestick.
• Electric fireplace in the living room.
• Radio with surround sound speakers.
• All utilities included (not including propane).
• Outdoor charcoal grill & picnic table.

Current Rates:

$300/weekly

$100/nightly

All utilities, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and streaming TV/movie channels are included in this rate.

*Please note:  You will be held responsible for any damage(s) done to property, in addition to the monthly rent.  Rental insurance is recommended, though not required.  No parties are allowed in or about the property.  1 or 2 overnight guests is/are allowed, as long as we are notified in advance. 

**Also please note:  Pets are NOT allowed for month-to-month tenants.  Sorry, NO exceptions!

 Security cameras are located in various areas of the property, around our main house and in our barn.  There is only 1 located inside the workshop, outside the door of the studio apartment.  It is very safe here; cameras are for yours & our protection.
